🟢 Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order free of charge before it is shipped by contacting our customer service team.

  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may proceed with a return request.

🔄 Product Returns

  • You can request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Returned products must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and complete with all accessories.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or damaged products.

  • Once your return is approved, your payment will be refunded via your original payment method within 3-7 business days.

🔄 Product Exchanges

  • Exchange requests can be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The product to be exchanged must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
