🟢 Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge before it is shipped by contacting our customer service team.
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may proceed with a return request.

🔄 Product Returns

You can request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and complete with all accessories.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or damaged products.
Once your return is approved, your payment will be refunded via your original payment method within 3-7 business days.

🔄 Product Exchanges

Exchange requests can be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
The product to be exchanged must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
